REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

The California Homebuilding Foundation is seeking qualified proposals for the full acquisition of the Construction Industry Research Board (CIRB) database and related assets. With over 70 years of permit data from across California, CIRB has served as a trusted resource for housing policy, economic forecasting, and construction research.

The sale includes two databases (Legacy SQL and CIRB 2.0 on MySQL/AWS), technical documentation, archived reports and limited transition support. For a detailed inventory of assets, refer to Appendix A of the RFP.

All proposals must be submitted in PDF format to Joe Sanchez, Deputy Director at jsanchez@mychf.org by September 1, 2025. Demo requests will be accepted through August 31, 2025.
